Abstract
How do we help teachers to make sense of the theory of Imaginative Education? How do we help teachers to use the theory in practice with a real curriculum? How do we do both of those things imaginatively? Maybe we could play a game. This keynote will focus on the innovative work of a group of imaginative teachers from Prince Rupert while simultaneously starting the conference with a shared experience and some shared language. The LUCID game was created by these teachers in order to better share with their colleagues the concepts of Imaginative Education. Tonight’s keynote is a chance to honour their work, explore Imaginative Education in action, and have some fun.
